• Construction ManagerTo manage construction work on site and ensure that all works and activities are according to the Client’s Specifications and within the required time frame. Responsible for ensuring that the Project Quality Plan is correctly implemented on site and that all workers are adequately trained before performing any activity. Direct control over Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Foremen, Charge hands and laborers. Reports to Project Manager.   

  

• Planning EngineerPlan and oversee the entire program of work including labor, resources, equipment, technical challenges, and specifying the time frame required for the project. This includes monitoring progress and cash flows on a weekly and monthly basis, and updating the project schedule accordingly. Reports to Planning Manager.   

  

• Senior Quantity SurveyorPreparation of Monthly Site Interim Progress Applications; Carrying out re-measurements for Supplier Material procurement and placement of Subcontract Orders; Management of Subcontracts and Suppliers Accounts and issuing monthly interim certificates; Development and Monitoring of Projected Cash flow statements
